The Dream Makers Travel LLC

Privacy policy.

How we care for the information you share.

Effective and last updated: October 14, 2026

This policy explains how The Dream Makers Travel LLC (Dream Makers Travel, “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information through our website, travel-planning services, and client portal at planner.thedreammakerstravel.com.

Information we collect

Inquiries and travel planning. We collect the details you provide, such as your name, email, phone number, travel interests, destination, preferred dates, budget, and messages. When you become a client, your record may also include itinerary details, travel documents, booking information, payment amounts and deadlines, and communications with Margie.

Your portal account. We process your email address, authentication information, and any profile details you choose to add. Your verified email connects your account to your client record. Your portal displays the trips and messages associated with that record.

Technical information. Our hosting, database, security, and email providers may process IP addresses, browser and device information, request times, sign-in activity, and delivery or error logs to operate, protect, and troubleshoot the services.

Please do not put payment-card numbers, passport numbers, Social Security numbers, or detailed medical information in website inquiries, ordinary email, or portal chat. If specific traveler documents or accommodation details are needed, ask Margie how to provide them appropriately. Provide information about other travelers only when you are authorized to do so.

How we use your information

  • Respond to inquiries, compare options, and provide the travel-planning services you request.
  • Organize client records, itineraries, documents, payment tracking, and follow-ups.
  • Provide account access and send verification, password-reset, inquiry-confirmation, and other service messages.
  • Deliver portal messages, notify you of new messages, and help resolve questions.
  • Maintain security, investigate problems, prevent misuse, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Submitting an inquiry does not make a booking or authorize a payment. Payment tracking in the portal records booking amounts and balances; it is not a card-payment checkout.

When we share information

Travel suppliers. To fulfill your requested planning or booking arrangements, relevant information may be shared with cruise lines, hotels, resorts, tour operators, travel-protection providers, and other suppliers involved in your trip. These companies handle information under their own policies.

Service providers and support. We use Vercel for website and application hosting, Supabase for account authentication, database and file storage, and Resend for transactional email. Authorized agency personnel and technical support may access information as needed to operate or troubleshoot the services. Scheduling a consultation through Calendly or following an external booking link takes you to that provider’s service and privacy practices.

Legal and safety needs. Information may be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, protect people, enforce agreements, or defend legal rights.

We do not sell or rent personal information or share it with advertising networks for targeted advertising.

Your trip photos and permission

Photos you upload to the client portal are stored privately for your account and agency review. Uploading a photo does not automatically publish it on our website. Optional marketing permission is separate from the upload, and photos are published only after permission and agency review.

You can withdraw marketing permission in the portal or contact Margie. Withdrawal removes the photo from the website’s published gallery; copies already downloaded or shared by others may remain outside our control. Only upload photos you own or have permission to share, including permission from identifiable people where needed. We remove embedded image metadata during portal photo processing, but anything visible in the photo or written in its caption can still reveal personal information.

Security, storage, and retention

We use encrypted connections, authenticated accounts, and access controls designed to limit client records to the appropriate client, advisor, and authorized support. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your password private and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers or travel suppliers operate. We retain information as needed for active inquiries, travel services, account administration, legitimate business records, dispute resolution, and legal requirements. Retention depends on the record and purpose; backup copies and provider logs may remain for their normal retention periods after an operational record is removed.

Your choices and privacy requests

You can update available profile details and change your password from your portal account. Contact Margie to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, to close your account, or to withdraw photo marketing permission. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting. Some records may need to be retained for outstanding travel arrangements, legal obligations, or legitimate recordkeeping; we will explain any restriction that applies.

Privacy rights vary by location. Where applicable law provides additional access, portability, deletion, correction, objection, or appeal rights, contact us to exercise them. If you disagree with our response, reply with “Privacy appeal” so we can review it. These requests do not affect the service we provide, except where the information is needed to fulfill your request.

Browser storage and tracking. The public website does not use advertising pixels or third-party behavioral advertising trackers. The planner uses browser storage to maintain your signed-in session. Infrastructure and linked third-party services may use their own necessary cookies or similar technologies. Clearing or blocking storage can sign you out or affect account features. We do not use browser Do Not Track signals to change site behavior.

Service emails. Inquiry confirmations and account or trip messages support the services you requested. Contact Margie if you no longer want follow-up on an inquiry. Essential account or booking communications may still be needed while your account or travel arrangements remain active.

Children’s information

The website and self-service portal are intended for adults arranging travel. We do not knowingly invite children under 13 to create accounts or submit information directly. A parent or authorized adult may provide traveler details needed for a family trip. If you believe a child has submitted information directly without appropriate authorization, contact us so we can review and address it.

Updates to this policy

We will publish changes on this page and update the date above. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request permission before using information in a materially different way.
